Objective: target the consumer and promote the French cheeses through in-store tastings in major food retailers (Pão de Açúcar, St Marché, Zaffari, Emporio São Paulo, Mambo…)

Mechanism: negociations with retailers; casting of promoters; selection, training; production of promotional material; planing; supervision and reporting.
