Brazil is heavily hit by the pandemic, however tourism professionals are already thinking of the inevitable recovery, and CAP Amazon is also concerned with them. Since the beginning of the confinement, we keep in touch with the main players in the market – travel agencies and TO – through our bimonthly newsletter, we have also launched a series of webinars available on our website and on our Youtube channel and multiplied our number of calls and e-meetings with them.
In partnership with the travel trade magazine Mercado & Eventos, we have done a survey with the agents themselves asking about their opinion regarding the recovery. The results are very rich and presented below. With a restart in September, wellness and respect for the environment is a trend, as well as the preference for small units and “less popular” destinations. New or renewed tracks are available for all of us…
