Purpose: To share knowledge about the agrifood sector of France and Brazil, and to exchange views on food, food policies and heritage of the two countries, as well as the origin and diversity of food, innovations and quality in this area.

Mechanics: Lectures by French and Brazilian agribusiness professionals during a two-part conference, followed by a cocktail prepared by two renowned chefs – one French and one Brazilian.

Results: 74 participants (institutions, Food & Wine professionals, media), 29 articles.
